How do people not know about this!
I have celiacs and can’t drink milk of have dairy and I have been spending way too much money on “dairy free” items. I tried this the other day on normal half & half we had in the fridge. Helpful product, but expensive
I eat a plant predominant diet even though I struggle to digest FODMAPs in many foods. I’ve found the quatrase 10,000 to be helpful in allowing me to eat a variety of foods more comfortably. However, the product is too expensive for me to afford taking them with every meal (even buying the bulk bottle). There are people with more limited income than I have who would benefit, but simply can’t afford the products.

Fine products, but big delivery issue.
My order was correct, however, it was sent to the wrong address far away. I had to drive myself to a different city to retrieve it. It was a little nerve racking knocking on someone’s door in the dark. There’s really no reachable customer support and thats why I had to take matters into my own hands. I like the products a lot. They work, but I hope I don’t have to experience that again.

I am using 2 of the enzymes
I am using 2 of the enzymes, one for starch such as potatoes and pastas, and another one for fruits. Both have been working well for me. I have used the starch on for 3 months and the fruit one for a month. Will continue to use both. I have found that two capsules work best for me but I can’t take them together as I get an upset stomach. I decide which I should take by what I am going to eat.

Might work for you, doesn’t work for me
I believe I have sensitivities to most FODMAPS and lactose, so I tried a couple of your sample packs of Quatrase. Given the price, I expected great things but these have a marginal effect, if any—and really no better than the enzymes I’m already taking (at 1/4 the price). I’ve tried 2 capsules with a meal and even that didn’t mitigate the effects all that much.
