Shipping is free of charge for orders of $10 or more. Below $10 we charge $5.50. Ordered before 23:00, shipped the same day and delivered within 2-5 business days!

Returns
You can use your right of withdrawal up to 30 days after purchase of the product and return the product free of charge. Fill in the contact form below and you will receive a response with a return label within 48 hours. After receipt of the return, we will refund your purchase amount within 14 working days.

100-Day satisfaction guarantee
In addition to the right of withdrawal, we offer our customers a 100-day satisfaction guarantee. If you have opened, tested one of our products and are not satisfied, you can make use of the 100-day satisfaction guarantee up to 100 days after purchase of the product.
