With Intoleran, we’ve created a way to access dietary support when it’s needed. For example, if you’re out at a restaurant and you want to drink a milkshake, you can take one of our Lactase capsules right there and then indulge in the treat. If you don’t want a milkshake, there’s no need to consume the supplement.

Since our products are made of digestive enzymes, they can be used in concert with the act of eating. All that’s needed is a few minutes to let the supplement work its way into your intestines, and you’re ready to go. Once “on site” in the digestive tract, the enzymes will help break down troublesome foods that your body struggles to digest.

Intoleran can be consumed in multiple formats

Along with the flexibility to take Intoleran supplements when needed, you can also adapt how you consume them.

For example, if you’re making the aforementioned milkshake or whipping up a milk-based baked good, you can add our Lactase drops to the milk beforehand. Doing so 24 hours before making your treat can reduce the lactose present in the milk by as much as 80% — before you even start the baking process. If you want to be even more thorough, you can add more drops and leave the milk longer.

If using dietary supplement drops isn’t a viable solution for a given situation, you can also take the supplement orally in different ways. We offer a handful of products in tablet form for traditional consumption.

However, if you or your child struggle with swallowing a hard pill, most of our supplements come as capsules with enzyme powder. Simply open a capsule, dissolve it in a glass of water, and drink it immediately before eating. You can even sprinkle the powder over your food. The only caveat is to avoid doing so over hot food, like soup or coffee, as it can make the enzymes ineffective.
