Intoleran quatrase forte helps with the digestion of dairy products, carbohydrates, fruit sugar and starches. Quatrase forte is an enzyme mix to support healthy digestion and prevent occasional gas and bloating.
Quatrase forte contains four different enzymes to aid the digestion of various FODMAPs such as lactose, fructose and GOS (not for polyols such as sorbitol or mannitol). Quatrase forte contains the enzymes lactase, Xylose Isomerase, Alpha-Galactosidase and Invertase.
Quatrase forte can be taken prior to a meal. The best way to take this is with water, however if you have difficulty swallowing, the contents of the capsule can be dissolved in a glass of water. The capsules are suitable for children aged 2 years onwards. After ingestion, the lactase enzyme is active for approximately 30-45 minutes.
Take 1 to 3 capsules at a time just before meals. Maximum of 15 capsules per day.
