Fiber-rich summer smoothie with red berries

Ingredients (1 large smoothie):

  • 40 g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 40 g blackberries
  • 1 small kiwi (±75 g)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (fiber boost)
  • 150 g (lactose-free) yogurt or kefir
  • 100–150 ml water
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Optional: a few mint leaves

Preparation:

  1. Add raspberries, blackberries, and kiwi to a blender.
  2. Add lactose-free yogurt and water.
  3. Add chia seeds and lemon juice.
  4. Blend for 30–60 seconds until smooth.
  5. Let sit for 2–3 minutes so the chia thickens slightly.
  6. Serve cold, optionally with ice cubes.
