Fiber-rich summer smoothie with red berries
Ingredients (1 large smoothie):
- 40 g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 40 g blackberries
- 1 small kiwi (±75 g)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (fiber boost)
- 150 g (lactose-free) yogurt or kefir
- 100–150 ml water
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Optional: a few mint leaves
Preparation:
- Add raspberries, blackberries, and kiwi to a blender.
- Add lactose-free yogurt and water.
- Add chia seeds and lemon juice.
- Blend for 30–60 seconds until smooth.
- Let sit for 2–3 minutes so the chia thickens slightly.
- Serve cold, optionally with ice cubes.
