Usage: Take the tablets immediately before or with your first bite of a meal.
Recommended Dosage: Take ½ to 2 tablets at a time. The tablets are breakable, making them easy to dose.
Maximum Daily Dose: Do not exceed 10 tablets per day.
Enzyme Activity: The lactase enzyme takes effect immediately upon ingestion, and its effectiveness lasts for 30-45 minutes after intake.
Age: These tablets are suitable for individuals as young as 2 years of age.
