You will automatically receive your supplements at regular intervals, ensuring that you never run out and preventing any uncomfortable situations. Our subscription service is entirely flexible, and you can always pause or cancel the subscription.

Frequently asked questions about Intoleran subscription service

You can pause or stop your Intoleran subscription service whenever you want. You are not tied to anything. Go to My Account, in the Subscriptions tab select the appropriate subscription, and click “Cancel” or “Pause”.

You can see when your order will be delivered if you log in to your account. Under My Account, you will see the next delivery date when selecting your subscription.

No, we offer a subscription service to make your life as easy as possible. The service is entirely flexible, you can change, pause or stop it anytime. You can easily adjust, postpone or skip a delivery.

If you have chosen the subscription service, you will pay for your first order using one of the available payment methods. Subsequent payments will be automatically debited from your account after the first delivery. Did you postpone or stop the delivery? Payments will adjust accordingly.

The following payment can be seen under My Account, Subscriptions tab. When selecting your Intoleran subscription service you will see the date the next payment is due. Is the subscription payment due on the weekend? The direct debit will be initiated the Wednesday before in order to make sure that you will have your order on time and never run out of supplements! Depending on your bank, the payment date may vary by one day. Your order will be shipped automatically as soon as the payment is received.

Go to My Account and select the Address tab. This is where you can edit both your Billing Address and your Shipping Address. Be sure to edit the Shipping Address for delivery to your new address. The next order will be delivered to your new address.

The products we offer on our webshop with the Intoleran subscription service will no longer be available in the promotion. You can now get a standard discount on these products thanks to the subscription service.

The direct debit can take 2 business days, excluding the weekend. If the direct debit is started Friday after 5 p.m., the payment may not be completed until Tuesday and will also not be delivered until then.
