Fine products, but big delivery issue.
My order was correct, however, it was sent to the wrong address far away. I had to drive myself to a different city to retrieve it. It was a little nerve racking knocking on someone’s door in the dark. There’s really no reachable customer support and thats why I had to take matters into my own hands. I like the products a lot. They work, but I hope I don’t have to experience that again.

I am using 2 of the enzymes
I am using 2 of the enzymes, one for starch such as potatoes and pastas, and another one for fruits. Both have been working well for me. I have used the starch on for 3 months and the fruit one for a month. Will continue to use both. I have found that two capsules work best for me but I can’t take them together as I get an upset stomach. I decide which I should take by what I am going to eat.

I like that I can get their bigger bottles and they are automatic renewal. I just wish it would be easier if I needed to change the date for the automatic renewal. It’s like I have to do a whole new prescription.

Might work for you, doesn’t work for me
I believe I have sensitivities to most FODMAPS and lactose, so I tried a couple of your sample packs of Quatrase. Given the price, I expected great things but these have a marginal effect, if any—and really no better than the enzymes I’m already taking (at 1/4 the price). I’ve tried 2 capsules with a meal and even that didn’t mitigate the effects all that much.

Love how quick it works
Love how quick it works. Sometimes I find out after I est something that it isn’t low fodmap and it seems like every tome I take intolerance it’s within 20 min that the painful bloat goes away. Anything you can change? Love to have a discount?!

I buy Lactose free milk but…
I buy Lactose free milk, but occasionally, I get a bad carton that actually isn’t lactose free. It often takes me a couple days to realize why I’m not feeling well, but then it dawns on me that everytime I use that milk, it is making me sick. This happened a week ago and Intolerans helped me fix it. Thank goodness!

Disabled veteran with severe IBS

Quality Declining
I have noticed in my last two orders that the once a day lactose capsules are not consistent. Some of the capsules are no longer full. So I am paying for doses with less of the product? I thought I finally found an honest reputable company but it seems you are doing what every other business is doing. Giving us less and taking our $$. I have also needed extra dose at times of otc lactose. So this product isn’t working like it used to. I will not be recommending it to others like I used to. Sad.

My package never came
My package never came. I emailed Intoleran and the person who responded said they’d follow up about my package but it still never arrived. I attached a picture below with screenshots of all the excuses they gave for not delivering it. I have used Intoleran off and on for years and I never cared that it was pricey because the product is excellent. But I can’t believe you would work with a shipping company that treats your loyal customers this way. I requested a refund and I will be purchasing Fodzyme moving forward.

Starchway actually works.
I started using Starchway about a week ago. I still have gas but I do not feel bloated like I did before when I would eat anything. I have had issues with potatoes, pastas, rice and fruits.
I found relief with the first time I took it. It was a little confusing at first. The box said to take one capsule before eating, but the web site said to start with 3 capsules. The 3 really worked well but gave me a mild stomach ache. Then I tried 1 capsule but didn’t get as much relief so I settled on 2 capsules every time I eat. That seems to work the best for me. No bloating and no stomach ache.
By far the best ting I have found so far.
