These enzymes support the breakdown of FODMAPs such as fructans, galacto-oligosaccharides (GOS), and lactose, and contribute to better digestion. However, we recommend choosing Fodmix (Quatrase 10,000) for pronounced, persistent, or multiple FODMAP intolerances. This product has been specially developed for the breakdown of FODMAPs and contains higher doses of the relevant enzymes. Enzymix is particularly suitable as additional support for milder symptoms, while Fodmix offers more targeted support when FODMAPs clearly cause symptoms.

We recommend starting with 3 capsules before a meal. This ensures that enough digestive enzymes enter the body. If this amount is sufficient, you can try a lower dosage. The number of capsules required can vary from person to person.
