Gut Support Duo consists of two types of capsules: probiotic capsules for the morning, and herbal blend capsules to support digestive function and digestion in the evening.
Probiotic Capsules (Morning)
Probiotics are live microorganisms—often referred to as “good bacteria”—that can help replenish the natural gut bacteria in your microbiome. The gut microbiome refers to the trillions of bacteria in your intestines, each with its own role and function. In addition to bacteria, your gut flora also contains yeasts and fungi. Many factors can influence the composition of your microbiome, including age, lifestyle, genetics, illness, diet, and medication. Together, these factors shape a gut flora that is as unique as your fingerprint.
Intoleran Gut Support Duo helps to replenish the number of live bacteria in the gut. Our probiotic capsules are acid-resistant, meaning they protect the bacteria from stomach acid and ensure they reach the intestines alive. We recommend taking these capsules with breakfast.
There are many different probiotic strains, each with its own unique characteristics. It’s important to include a variety of strains in a probiotic product. That’s why our dietitians have selected five effective, live bacterial strains based on scientific research:

The herbal blend capsules contain a combination of ginger, mint, and coriander—herbs known to support digestion and intestinal function.¹,² The capsules also contain the amino acid L-glutamine. We recommend taking the herbal blend capsules with your evening meal.

Usage: Take 1 probiotic capsule in the morning with breakfast and 1 herbal capsule just before your evening meal with a glass of water.
Recommended dosage: 1 probiotic capsule and 1 herbal capsule per day. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
The product can be used both short-term and long-term. We recommend using Gut Support Duo for at least 4–8 weeks.
