Although we fully support our products, it may happen that you are not satisfied. Please let us know within 14 days after purchase! Send us an email via info@intoleran.com and let us know why you are not satisfied, you will receive a response from us within 48 hours.

We provide shipping to most countries worldwide. Shipping time may differ per country. We provide a track-and-trace code with every order. In The Netherlands there is free shipping with every order. In Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain and Italy the standard shipping costs are €4,00, free shipping above €50,-. In Germany the standard shipping costs are €7,50,-, free shipping above €50,-. In other EU countries the standard shipping costs are €7,50,-, free shipping above €75,-. In the UK, USA and Canada the shipping costs are €10,00.
