Gut Support Duo can be combined well with our other supplements.

The herbal mix capsules are easy to open and the powder can also be taken separately. It is best not to open the probiotic capsules because of the stomach acid-resistant capsule that keeps the bacteria alive in the intestines. If you really cannot swallow the capsule, take the powder with water in the morning on an empty stomach, so that the probiotics are present in the acidic environment of the stomach for as short a time as possible. It is therefore best not to eat anything for half an hour after taking it.

Gut Support Duo contains probiotics. Probiotics are known to cause a rumbling feeling in the intestines, especially in the beginning. The intestines usually need a few days to get used to the probiotics. The symptoms should diminish within a week and then disappear completely. Are you experiencing more serious symptoms such as severe abdominal pain and diarrhea? Feel free to contact us and we will look for a solution together. A small percentage of people have such sensitive intestines that they do not tolerate probiotics well.

Gut Support Duo is safe to use in the long term. Depending on your situation, you can use the product for a short or long period of time. In both cases, we recommend using the product for at least 4-8 weeks.
