Guar bean fiber can be added to both hot and cold drinks and meals without changing the taste, smell, color or consistency. Add it to water, yogurt, juice, quark, pasta sauce, soup or a smoothie!

Daily Fibre Support contains guar bean fibers. Another well-known fiber supplement is psyllium fiber. Both are prebiotic fiber supplements, but they come from different sources. Guar bean fibers are extracted from the guar bean, while psyllium fibers come from the plant species Plantago ovata. The fibers also differ from each other in taste and texture. Guar bean fibers do not change the taste and texture, while psyllium fibers have a nutty flavor and give a thick texture to food or drinks.

Daily Fibre Support has two ingredients: guar bean fiber and ginger extract. Ginger extract is added for its support of intestinal function and regular bowel movements.* Daily Fiber Support has a neutral taste; you cannot taste the ginger. * Health claim pending European authorization

Both are prebiotic fiber supplements, but they come from different sources. Guar bean fibers are extracted from the guar bean, while inulin is extracted from the roots of plants such as chicory. Guar bean fibers are partially pre-fermented, which means that they have already been cut into small pieces and are therefore easily digested. Inulin contains many of the carbohydrate fructans, a complex carbohydrate that is difficult for many to digest.

We recommend taking 1-2 level scoops of Daily Fibre Support (5-10 grams) daily or as prescribed by your dietitian, therapist or doctor to supplement your daily fiber needs. If you want to use more of the product, we recommend first consulting with your dietitian, therapist or doctor.
