- Moodiness, including stress, irritability, and anxiety
If you want to improve your quality of life, make sure to get at least seven hours of quality sleep every night.
4. be mindful …and positive
If you want to improve your quality of life, you need to learn to be more mindful. Slowing down and living in the present isn’t always a natural activity. Often it comes with practice.
Regularly take the time to check your thoughts. Are you obsessing over the past? Are you fretting about the future? If so, try to refocus on the present.
