Take 1 capsule of Cozidase standard 2 times daily with meals. For example, 1 capsule with breakfast and 1 capsule with the dinner. The capsules can also be opened and the powder taken separately. Cozidase is suitable for children 4 years and older.
Be careful when combining this supplement with other supplements. Avoid excessive intake of copper, zinc and vitamin B6. In case of nausea symptoms reduce dosage to 1 capsule per day.

No, we strongly recommend not to do so. Cozidase contains, among other things, copper, zinc and vitamin B6. If you ingest too much of these, you may experience side effects, such as severe nausea. Always stick to the recommended daily dosage of 2 capsules a day and do not take more than 2 capsules.
No. Cozidase does not contain Diamine Oxidase at all. Cozidase provides the building blocks for the body to make its own Diamine Oxidase.
