Usage: Take the tablets immediately before or with the first bite of your meal. The tablets are the size of a sweetener, making them easy to swallow.
Recommended Dosage: For a high dose of the lactase enzyme, take 3-4 tablets the first time. If this amount is sufficient, you can try a lower dosage next time.
Maximum Daily Dose: Do not exceed 20 tablets per day.
Enzyme Activity: The lactase enzyme takes effect immediately upon ingestion, and its effectiveness lasts for 30-45 minutes after intake.
Age: These tablets are suitable for individuals as young as 2 years old.
